The experience from start to finish has been fantastic with this company. They arrived when they said they would. They actually called , on the weekend to schedule the appointment. They were diligent in helping me follow up with the home warranty company in getting the work order approved so the AC could be replaced. The technician even sent me a message later asking how everything was working, after normal business hours. A great customer service experience. I will definitely be using these folks again for future work. You should use this company if you have the opportunity.
My warranty company AHS dispatched Epic Air for my AC needs. They were able to get out within 3 days. John was great. Got here at the time of my time window and fixed everything in an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other needs.

And the office/dispatch staff were terrific in being super responsive by phone and email. We needed them on a Saturday. In July! They really came through for us.
Exceptional customer service all around, from the scheduling ladies at the office to our technician, Guy. Guy was extremely professional, friendly, explained everything to us and gave us honest recommendations. He took photos of every issue he saw and walked us through what he found. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was in good running condition before he left. He also wore a mask the whole time he was inside. I highly recommend this company. Guy with Epic Air repaired my air conditioning this morning. He called 30 minutes ahead of arriving and showed up at 10:00. My scheduled time slot for repair was 10:00 - 1:00. He was professional, courteous, and took special care to educate me on the repair and my model of HVAC system. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, making sure as a layman I could understand. Rachel, with Epic made my appointment, quickly and concisely. This was after I had placed a call with another company for service through an automated service, and my call was never returned. With Epic, my call was answered by a thoughtful, caring person on the other end. I received prompt and professional service. I will be using Epic for all my future servicing and repairs. Contracted these guys through my warranty company and couldn't be happier with the service! The customer service ladies were very helpful and responsive. The technician that came to my condo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn't try to BS me or sell me on repairs that I didn't need, which I greatly appreciated.
